This Shipping Policy explains the general terms applicable to the dispatch and delivery of products supplied by us within India and internationally.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days after order confirmation and receipt of applicable payment.

For customized products, bulk orders, Army/Paramilitary/Police requirements, institutional supplies, government orders, tenders, and made-to-order products, processing time may vary depending on quantity, specifications, customization, and production requirements.

The applicable production or dispatch schedule will be communicated to the buyer where necessary.

2. Domestic Shipping – India

We ship products across India through suitable courier, transport, logistics, or cargo service providers depending on the product size, weight, quantity, and destination.

Delivery time may vary according to the destination, service availability, transport conditions, and nature of the order.

3. International Shipping

We accept international enquiries and export orders, subject to product availability, destination, applicable laws, shipping feasibility, and mutually agreed commercial terms.

International orders may be shipped through courier, air cargo, sea freight, or another suitable logistics method depending on the shipment.

Estimated shipping cost and delivery terms may be communicated separately for export or bulk orders.

4. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Charges

For international shipments, any customs duty, import tax, VAT, clearance charge, destination-country fee, or other government levy imposed by the buyer’s country shall be the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing.

Buyers are advised to check applicable import regulations and charges in their country before confirming an order.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, depend on factors including:

  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Quantity ordered
  • Shipping method
  • Packaging requirements
  • Courier, cargo, or transport charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated or displayed before final order confirmation wherever appropriate.

6. Bulk, Institutional & Government Orders

Shipping arrangements for bulk supplies, Army and Paramilitary requirements, Police Bands, government departments, institutions, dealers, distributors, and tender orders may be finalized separately according to the purchase order, contract, tender terms, quantity, and destination.

7. Delivery Time

Any delivery period provided by us is an estimate unless a specific delivery commitment has been expressly agreed in writing.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier or transport delays, weather, customs clearance, strikes, government restrictions, natural events, or other logistical disruptions.

8. Shipment Tracking

Where tracking is available, shipment or tracking details may be shared with the buyer after dispatch.

For cargo, transport, institutional, or bulk shipments, appropriate dispatch documents or transport details may be provided instead.

9. Correct Shipping Information

The buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including:

  • Recipient name
  • Complete delivery address
  • Postal/PIN/ZIP code
  • Phone number
  • Email address, where required
  • Any information required for customs or delivery

Additional expenses or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer may be borne by the buyer.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Shipment

If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and within the period specified in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We may request photographs, videos, packaging images, shipping labels, or other reasonable evidence to verify the issue and assist with resolution.
