1. Company & Brand
ZAIMA® is a brand of Al Yumna Overseas Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer and exporter of musical instruments based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
ArmyBand.ZaimaMusicals.com focuses particularly on Army Bands, Paramilitary Bands, Police Bands, ceremonial and marching bands, government and institutional requirements, bulk buyers, dealers, distributors, and international customers.
2. Products & Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, and other information.
However, because many products are handcrafted or manufactured in different batches, minor variations in colour, finish, appearance, dimensions, fittings, or other non-essential characteristics may occur.
Such reasonable variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
3. Prices & Quotations
Product prices and quotations may depend on quantity, specifications, customization, raw-material costs, packaging, shipping destination, taxes, and other commercial factors.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, a quotation is valid only for the period mentioned in that quotation.
We reserve the right to revise prices before an order is finally confirmed.
4. Order Acceptance
Submission of an enquiry, purchase request, or quotation request does not automatically constitute acceptance of an order.
An order will be considered confirmed according to the mutually agreed commercial terms, including product specifications, quantity, price, payment terms, and other applicable conditions.
5. Payment
Payment terms will be communicated or agreed according to the nature of the order.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that payments are made through the approved payment method and according to the agreed terms.
Orders may be processed or dispatched only after applicable payment conditions have been fulfilled.
6. Customized & Bulk Orders
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, bulk, Army, Paramilitary, Police, institutional, government, tender, dealer, distributor, or specially manufactured orders may be subject to separate specifications, production schedules, payment terms, minimum quantities, and other mutually agreed conditions.
Once production or customization has started, such orders may not normally be cancelled except as provided in our Cancellation & Refund Policy or applicable written agreement.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed according to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery periods are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment has been expressly agreed in writing.
Delays caused by courier companies, transporters, customs, government restrictions, weather, strikes, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.
8. International Orders, Customs Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for complying with applicable import laws and regulations in their destination country.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges, destination-country fees, and other government levies are payable by the buyer.
9. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Customers should review that policy before confirming an order.
10. Government, Institutional & Tender Orders
Orders from Army, Paramilitary, Police, government departments, institutions, and other organizations may be governed by an applicable tender, purchase order, contract, quotation, or other mutually accepted written terms.
Where specific written contractual terms apply to an order, those terms may take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
11. Intellectual Property
The ZAIMA® name, brand identity, logos, website content, original photographs, graphics, designs, text, and other proprietary material displayed on this website are owned by or used with authorization by Al Yumna Overseas Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, commercial use, modification, or distribution of proprietary website content is prohibited.
12. Website Use
Users must not misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its security, operation, content, or functionality.
The website must not be used for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
