  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Custom-made, bulk, export, or tender orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

2. REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are applicable only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect supply.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
  • No refunds on used, damaged, or customized products.

3. REFUND PROCESS
